About this house rental
The holiday home, renovated in 2025, is a semi-detached house and is modernly furnished. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area, on the outskirts of town. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet location. Available for exclusive use are: a sunbathing lawn, sun umbrella, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Sylt, district of Tinnum. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn and shrubs, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The terrace is completely enclosed in itself. You can safely let your pet roam freely here. The terrace is completely overgrown. With south-facing terrace, sun until 2 p.m. and in the late afternoon. Parking on the street in front of the house. Private reserved parking space for 1 car.
