ABOUT THE HOME: Welcome to Lazy Duck Retreat – a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath condo in the sought-after Red Fish Village on 30A! Perfect for families and groups, this retreat offers a blend of comfort and convenience with a large private lanai, roomy outdoor patio, and access to exclusive community amenities. Guests enjoy private beach access, reserved only for Red Fish Village owners and guests. The access point is just three blocks away, east of Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access, and includes restrooms and outdoor showers for added convenience. Inside, every bedroom is outfitted with a Smart TV featuring Roku and YouTube TV, while the fully stocked kitchen comes with both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker to suit everyone’s preferences. A full linen package with bedding and bath essentials is provided to make your stay seamless.
ABOUT THE AREA: Nestled in Blue Mountain Beach, Red Fish Village offers a peaceful setting with plenty of nearby dining, shopping, and family-friendly activities. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
Parking Details:
- 2 assigned garage spaces plus additional parking lot access.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

This was by far the best experience we have ever had! The included bonfire night was fantastic, and we were fortunate to attend three of them. Yes, you can participate in more than one! The condo is incredibly luxurious and clean. It's so spacious that you wouldn't believe it's a condo. It's also very quiet, and you never hear the neighbors. The beach is just a short walk away, and the nearby ice cream shop offers delicious treats—going there became our nightly ritual before sunset, though the line forms quickly. The beds are all comfortable, and everything you need is provided. While the pool can get a bit loud with children, we visited later in the day, so it wasn't an issue for us. 30A Beach Girls provided exceptional service, including bonfires, goodie bags of treats, and even gifted a set of electric bikes for my husband's birthday. You have to book this condo! Thank you, Breanna and Hollie!

This property is the perfect place to stay while visiting 30a. It is an amazing condo and it is not far away from anything you decide to do. Also, the host is great with communication so if you need to reach out for anything she will respond in a timely manner. This place is the all around perfect place to stay. I highly recommend staying here.
