374 Gulfview Circle is a gorgeous home with four bedrooms and four baths accommodating up to eleven. Beautifully furnished and fully appointed, lovely details throughout the interior and exterior of the home will entice you into the expansive space. Gorgeous flooring, luxurious finishes, and beautifully decorated rooms are intentionally fashioned for comfort and relaxation, highlighting an open-concept living space ready to accommodate a crowd. Convene in the living room for movie night or at the sizeable breakfast bar with seating for four. Prepare snacks or three-course meals in the fully appointed kitchen and gather to enjoy them in the dining room around the large dining table brimming with natural light. A bedroom, full bathroom, and half bathroom are located on the ground floor, while the second floor houses a foosball table the whole family will enjoy! In addition, you’ll find a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom, a guest suite with a queen-sized bed, and a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle! A full-sized washer and dryer are located nearby to keep laundry in check during your stay.
Hang out at the community pool or spend lazy days at the beach a half-mile away, easily accessible via the nature trail directly behind the house. Enjoy refreshing cocktails and fresh seafood in nearby family-friendly eateries, including Basmati’s Asian Cuisine, Goatfeathers, and Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Very cute home, but our code constantly didn’t work, there was zero internet and none of the TV’s throughout the home had good reception. It is our family ritual to rent a home on Labor Day, grill out and have a football party but we were forced to have to cancel as no tv dish would connect to anything more than 2-3 min. Due to some altered plans from cancellation, we were graciously given an extension of 1 hour for checkout but the code wasn’t changed, and we were locked out with half our belongings still inside while trying to pack up.
We were given one less pool band than family members and noted this with management on initial checkin, yet received notice we will be charged $25 for losing one ...
Otherwise, very nice neighborhood, near the beach and spacious for family of 8. Super cute decor, recommend renting a golf cart to get around the restaurants and shops and highly recommend the Blue Mt Beach area.
