Absolutely loved staying here! The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Paris, close to dozens of restaurants and supermarkets, making it easy to grab a bite or pick up groceries for a cozy night in. The apartment is really charming, with thoughtful touches throughout. Having a washing machine on site was so helpful, especially after long days out exploring. It’s a safe, lively neighborhood and I always felt comfortable walking around, even at night. Such a great, affordable place to call home while discovering the city.

Key pick-up was an issue. it need a Tutorial to operate the lockset some areas could use an extra coat of paint and the lightning improved in the kitchen area Definitely not a deal breaker.

Great location. Next to Châtelet–Les Halles, train station. Very close to the Louvre. Even though it is busy outside once inside the apartment it was quiet and relaxing. Great place.

There was a problem with the boiler for 2 days but in fairness this was well communicated in advance, and I was kept up to date with a day and time of repair,

Разбитая посуда и старая мягкая мебель, требующие замены. За неделю до заезда потребовалось оплатить депозит 500 евро на случай, если что-то сломается, испортится. Мало того, что в апартаментах нет имущества на такую огромную сумму, так уже прошло 2 недели после выезда, депозит до сих пор не вернули. Написала в поддержку по what's up, попросила вернуть депозит. Они прочитали, ничего не ответили. Деньги так и не вернули.
