Room was very clean and well maintained.

I got the room next to roadside and on other construction is going on so very noisy could not sleep well. I requested for another room as I after taking it as I had exam but staff declined. The telephone number displayed on booking.com and on Google is wrong leading to a very bad situation. I request booking.com to please verify the numbers before putting them on website as customer gets panicked.

The location is really bad. There is nothing around the hotel. To get to anywhere civilized, you have to use the metro. The windows face the neighbors’ kitchen.

Not great, wouldnt stay again

The rooms were spacious, the bed was comfy.

Cockroaches, they have a problem with cockroaches, we killed 4 while we were there and we only came to sleep and were out everyday for our 1 week stay. Rubbish builds up at the rubbish shoot and attracts cockroaches and mice. If you have a car each time you come and go you need to go to reception and wait for security guard to find the remote to open the boom gate which took between 5min and 15min. The location is in-between 2 highways so the only way to get there is by car or taxi. No walking from hotel. We tried to talk to staff on the phone but they hang up when they dont understand or they just dont want to talk English, really rude. There was half a roll of toilet paper and that's it. You need to buy all your small toiletries and kitchen things because they do not provide any, only 1 box of tissues were next to the bed. We booked this the day we arrived so did not research much. After we booked we saw all the google reviews and wanted to cancel. The reviews are true, you can find a better place if you book in advance. Happy travels 😀

Unpleasant impressions from staying at the hotel

The hotel is located quite far from shops, cafes, and restaurants. This is a stand-alone building, and you have to walk about 500 meters along a gravel path to the metro station. The hotel itself resembles a residential complex of apartments rather than a hotel. There is almost no soundproofing in the appartments. You can clearly hear apartment doors slamming all night long in the hallway, also noise from neighboring apartments, including conversations, shouting, and laughter. The rooms are not cleaned daily, towels are not changed, hair dryers are not provided. Also you have to take the trash out yourself to a special room. For this reason, I cannot recommend this hotel for visitors to Dubai.

Very bad experience – not recommended We had a reservation at Sunday Sheikh Zayed Road – Concord Tower by Belvilla from January 7 to January 12, 2026. My friend checked in first but left after only a few minutes because the room was very dirty and the pillows smelled bad. He asked to change the pillows, but the staff refused. He then left the key at reception, without checking out. Two days later, I came to the hotel to stay for the remaining nights, but the hotel refused to let me check in, claiming the room was not available. They also refused to change the dates, offer another room, or provide any refund or compensation. The reception staff were unhelpful and uncooperative, and even the hotel management did not assist. In the end, I lost my money and my time for nothing. This was a very disappointing experience, and I do not recommend this hotel.

DISAPPOINTING HOTEL AT DUBAI

The room is spacious. Mr. Sivakumar, security officer, is a very good and helpful person, who has guided us for the dining locations and other tourist locations.

1. At Reception they were collecting Dhs.25 per day for the normal days and Dhs.35 for week days. I have stayed for a week and they collected Dhs.380 for 2 rooms as additional as hidden charges along with the booking.com payment. I don't know how booking.com is including this hotel in their business. 2. No room cleaning is available and if we require room service we have to pay an additional cost of Dhs.100/day. 3. Bathroom handles are damaged in condition. 4. Kitchen utensils like coffee cups are broken. 5. No cleaning near the balcony. 6. The toiletries provided are of very bad quality.

Dirty, bad smell from blanket, blanketcover was brocken, no have few tea bag at list, no slippers floor was very cold, no security, its only 1 men in resepthion and he is busy so its take time to go parking or outside parking. Very loud all night doors open and closed you can hear everything. Its not look like safe place for stay. You more stress that get rest. Dirty everything around, they need really good clean everything. They have exrta charge what not menthion on booking. Overall i prefer for my safty and comfort next time drive 1 hour more but stay at home. It was budjet opthion just for sleep and resr 6 hour. But it was defenetly not rest.

The apartment is spacious and newly made with appropriate facilities inside, although no services at all.

Location is not great as apart from petrol pump there is nothing around. even the taxi drivers can't locate the entrance road. Apart from one guy named Shams , staff is not professional at all. They deal this place like the bus hotels. The property manager looks decent guy from India but i didn't see him much
