Overall, a pleasant and reliable stay. I would recommend it.

The hotel offers a clean and comfortable stay with a spacious room and a good shower. Everything was well maintained and practical, making it a convenient place to stay. The staff were professional, respectful, and helpful throughout my visit.

One point to note is that breakfast was not included as expected and required an additional charge. It was slightly more expensive compared to nearby hotels, although the quality was good.

Understated comfortable hotel

My, the distance was quite far from our activities locations but at least the bus stop was just across from the hotel

Overall comfortable & pleasant stay

The room was spacious and clean. The shower, AC and fridge worked well. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and polite. They provided me with an iron and ironing board when I asked for it. There is a self service laundry room available with 2 washers and 2 dryers but I did not use it. It was a good stay overall and I would recommend it if you don't mind being far away from the main tourist attractions/sites.

- There was no 'do not disturb' sign to put on the door so I was disturbed every morning by housekeeping ringing my doorbell. I was still on UK time during my trip so they essentially woke me up at what was my 5am everyday. - Towels were very basic and threadbare - Spare toilet roll was not provided even though there was a separate holder for it in the bathroom, and then the one roll was not replaced even when it was almost finished so I had to call down to get some. - Public transport links are poor but this is just a Dubai thing. The bus from the hotel is infrequent and it doesn't stop at the closest metro station.

We had a lovely stay at JA Manuf Hotel. Mahmoud at reception provided outstanding customer service. He was extremely helpful, supportive, and patiently assisted us with all our questions. His kindness and professionalism really made our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend.

A perfect affordable option with a lovely staff.

It was a beautifully quiet location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I just love having a caribou coffee in the lobby.

The beds are hard but the bedding and pillows are good.

Easy access to all major roads, very clean, friendly staff. Also love the fact that it is a dry hotel which means no parties, no tobacco smells or drunk people. Very nice in-room dining menu.

Welcoming, clean and a comfortable experience.

The staff were accommodating, kind and hospitable. They made us feel comfortable and that contributed to a relaxing experience. There is a salon for ladies near the reception which was convenient. The rooms were well air conditioned, comfortable, spacious and clean.

Slightly far from central but nothing an uber can’t fix when you are in a group of friends it’s quite convenient. However in the same breathe it’s close to places like the Dubai miracle garden so it depends on what your activities will be.

The rooms are clean. Borhan does a great job of cleaning everyday and take into consideration the request I have. Jatinder the supervisor is also great at his job. Everything I.e, the manager at the reception who assigned us the room was great, receptive and helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped. The brightness in the room was superb. The breakfast was awesome.

Our stay at The Manor by JA

Our stay at The Manor by JA was genuinely very good! We honestly didn’t have any expectations, but the hotel turned out to be lovely. The room felt fresh, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed. I tried the in-room dining and was pleasantly surprised - the club sandwich was really good! The hotel also has a nice swimming pool and a spa, which adds a relaxing touch to the stay. Just next to the property, there are a few groceries and cafes, which is super convenient. Overall, a great place to stay - comfortable, clean, and with a few unexpected perks.
