I love the staff who were all very friendly at front desk , restaurant, pool area and housekeeping.
It has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere which is as a result of the members of staff that were extremely pleasant . Cyrine and Ahmed at front desk were especially very helpful and always smiling
The only thing i noticed that could suggest that need improvement is the scanner in the business centre doesn't function properly/quick enough - otherwise everything else is splendid.
