There is no health faucet there... Tissue's provided. So lil task for other than Europeans lifestyle. Other Than it was sooo nice .

The house is located in an area with small villas, with a lot of vegetation, peace, cleanliness and privacy. The hosts are very kind. We were impressed by the breakfast and the comfort on the terrace with many flowers. Very close is the private pool, where you can relax. The metro station is close and connects to all points of interest in Dubai. The room is very generous, with a private bathroom. A perfect place for vacation, where you feel at home, far from the noisy area. We recommend wholeheartedly.

Easy check in, room better than advertised, great location in Green Community, superb breakfast / service. Really liked the living space, and the hosts. close to pool, and amenities.

A desk to work at would have been useful. I lived in Green community for years, thoroughly enjoying its lush greenery, peaceful evening walks and deep sleeps. However the rented rooms overlook the main road, specifically a roundabout with speed bumps, so lots of breaking / acceleration which was disturbing for me but many places in Dubai are noisy, so not faulting the hosts.

It's a home with freedom to enjoy your trip, great service and flexible in my arrival and departure. Every day my breakfast was served by Maybel who is such a nice considerate I dividual, showing great respect and warmth on behalf of the hosts. There is no concern to me that this is a home and not hotel, as long as you respect that as a situation it's simple to stay here. Great access to the main roads, two easy to get to hypermarkets with a great fresh selection of items and very reasonably priced. The main metro station is easily a short walk away which again gives you the flexibility of using this property as a very sensible base to get back into downtown Dubai. This is my first time home staying and this particular hist really epitomises what I like about visiting the UAE, spotless inside and if your a runner then the green community is a peaceful area to run in, along with a couple of local gyms in the immediate area. My next visit in 2023 will take in a return visit here and as my wife is a vegan I know I can supply items specifically for her and knowing Maybel will facilitate without issue, this is something still a task when using lots of the big hotels within the UAE. Thanks to the hosts for accommodating my silly 3:00am arrival and 1:30 departure without issue, again this set my stay on the right and positive start from the beginning to the end. Brilliant is all I can say.

One of the best accommodation in Dubai when it comes to a B&B segment. Very well set with quality rooms and service. Location is outstanding depending on individual needs of course, but if you like greenery, birds, sun and calm oasis, then this place is for you. Housekeeping, breakfast and quality-warm personalities from both hosts, make you truly feel at home. Well recommended!

every thing was amazing.

it was perfect! We made earlier check-in without extra payment! The bed is very comfortable, two different firmness pillows are included - you sleep as in a cloud!!! Useful parking place close to the apartment is free of charge! The outside place is really Green, has a lot of trees (palms), plants and greenery! To the city center 15-20 minutes by car.
