The evolve site stated there would be a welcome book, explaining all. No book
was found. When arriving, the fire detectors were all in alarm state. One had no
battery, another had the wrong type of battery. We did not like the toilet, as it
sits too low to floor.
Plus side, unit was clean, house close to town, nice deck overlooking town.
