The evolve site stated there would be a welcome book, explaining all. No bookwas found. When arriving, the fire detectors were all in alarm state. One had nobattery, another had the wrong type of battery. We did not like the toilet, as itsits too low to floor.Plus side, unit was clean, house close to town, nice deck overlooking town.

Excellent location and plenty of places to sleep! The place is a bit quirky but we enjoyed it. Biggest issue is that there is only one bathroom. We had 4 adults staying and juggled it just fine but any more people and it would be tight. Parking is also very limited, just one spot on the (narrow) road immediately in front of the house - pretty tight. But the location and front deck were awesome and the rest of the house was nice as well.
