The breakfast area was closed due to an illness. The only reason why I did not give this 10 stars all the way down was it seemed a little pricey.

Desk clerk changed us to a 1st floor room so we didn't need to drag our luggage upstairs (no elevator). Very friendly & helpful gal, & she made an excellent suggestion for a dinner restaurant.
Felt a little uncomfortable...stuff was stuck to refrig shelves that i could not get to clean off with rubbing alcohol.
Maybe it's just me, but bathtub mat was rolled up & left on bathroom counter... eww.

Nice facility overall.
Restaurant was understaffed. I felt sorry for the waitress as she needed more help. The fruit in my breakfast dish was definitely very old. Both my tub and dink were clogged. I ended up standing in water up to my ankles after my shower. I'm left with the impression that this hotel has staffing shortages and the owners have not invested in improving staffing. This is probably due to low pay for their staff which affects attracting qualified staff.
