First, I have to say that we ended up not staying in this home. This house had an unexpected, last minute plumbing problem. (Nothing serious and is taken care of now.) The host contacted us, explained the situation and asked if she could upgrade us to a neighboring property that she rents out. We had no problem with this and were happy that she had a place for us to go. The house we stayed at is directly above this one, so our location didn't really change. The neighborhood is quiet and in walking distance to downtown Wallace. Judging by the accommodations we had, the owner takes excellent care of the property. The house we stayed in was impressively, well-stocked and clean. The owner quickly responded to questions and went out of her way to be sure our stay was a good one. Despite not staying in the smaller home, I wouldn't hesitate to book a stay here!

What a great little house on the hill. Very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for us to enjoy Wallace while getting to Lookout for our ski races. The host is wonderful and communication is superb. We will definitely book again should our travels bring us back to Wallace.

In walking distance to town and close to the trails. Plenty of parking up top but will be a bit of a challenge with a trailer.

it was a lot of money for an unfinished place with no shades/curtains on windows or doors; no heat upstairs; no toaster; no place to hang wet towels after showering.I did appreciate the quick response when light bulbs burnt out.
