Stunning Lake Views & Hospital Location

location was excellent. central to all

cleanliness could have been better. there was a dirty roasting pan in the oven and a nappy in the bathroom rubbish bin and no tea towel

Kitchen was stocked in a good way, capsules and cooking option. Access to intended destination was good, and everything set for comfort and ambience.

Loved the lake side location, 600m from the Lakeside Cafe. Everything provided

Skinny driveway and limited parking. Beds were hard and not comfortable. Floor in dining room very uneven. Could be modernised more for not much money.

The location was ideal. We travelled to see family in Waikato Hospital and it was less than a 5 minute walk away. The view was beautiful and the hosts were quick at responding and accommodating with my request for a late check out. The parking in the garage was great too.

Everything was much more dated than the pictures let on. The beds were very uncomfortable and the room with the ensuites bed was very small. Although the house appeared clean there were a lot of cobwebs and spiders about the place. I am not a shower curtain fan and both showers had shower curtains which i find a bit ick. There were no tea towels! Please provide some tea towels for a tea towel loving nation lol.
