About this house rental
The house is primarily set up as a holiday home, locates in Hamilton Lake. It has a simple, neutral layout. The bathroom features a shower over bath and .duel access to the toilet. Great for business tourists, families and travelers. 10 mins walking distance to hospital and a few steps to local cafe. House has a heat pump to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer.
The property is located on a full section with big open green field and 2 car parking space in the property and some safe street parking as well.
Access to lake walkway and big children's playground. A few minutes walk to Waikato hospital and within walking distance of parks, Bunnings, Gallagher and Cafe Fresca. A few mins drive to city.
Please note that we are still busy maintaining outside of the property, however, internal property will be all beautifully set up for your comfort.
Guests to leave property clean and tidy as found, strictly no smoking inside and no parties.
Please keep kitchen bench free from food near the stove overnight, it will attract ants otherwise.
The rubbish collection is on Thursday morning, guests stay during the time please do take rubbish out.
Please make sure all lights and heat pump switch off before check out and each time when you go out to avoid further charge for electricity.
I won’t be available in person, however, I can be contact on mobile or e-mail. the house is entirely yours during your stay.

Good location near Hamilton Lake and Hamilton Gardens. Nice and easy for what we needed, and great that 1 bedroom has single beds for children. House is clean and has a heat pump that works well to keep it cool in the hot summer days. A little noisy if someone is using the tv or moving around the house at night.

Was nice and easy for what we needed. House felt like it was unstable when you walked around it which made it very noisy at nighttime. No locks on bathroom or toilet. Plastic flooring down hallway a bit tacky and adds to the noise when you walk around.

This humble house is clean and warm (at least the heat pump worked well in May), if a little basic. The main drawback was the shower - the water temperature was set to a low warm and the shower head only lets out small pin-pricks of water. This seems to be a money saving tactic, but it results in a really awful shower, where it's hard to wash and rinse off. Massive points off for that.
