We’re continually improving the home to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone who stays.

Guests have full access to all indoor and outdoor areas, except for the garage, which is reserved for storage and accommodation supplies.

No smoking or parties inside the house, and please keep the space clean.
Quiet hours apply — please be considerate of our elderly neighbours.
Check-out on time to allow us to thoroughly clean and prepare for the next guests.
Use all facilities with care, including appliances, sliding doors, blinds, and glass surfaces.
Shoes off inside and no pets allowed indoors.
Save energy and reduce waste — switch off appliances when not in use and sort rubbish into recycling bins.
