Code key entry made getting in easy. Location was within walking distance of downtown. Host provided excellent tea and coffee, toiletries, etc.
Stairs were steep, might be an issue for those with small children or elderly guests. Parked a few streets over for the weekend but commercial lots close and available.

Conveniently located and easy to get downtown. Coffee and tea provided. Clean and comfortable.
The restaurant next-door was loud lay into the night. The lighting in the kitchen was very dim, and it was the one common area.
