The house in Rye was perfectly located for our intended purpose which was to see the Blue Angles at PEAS in Portsmouth. It was also close to the beach. The house was beautifully decorative, very well stocked with things you wouldn’t normally expect (beach chairs and beach towel) and more than just salt and pepper for spices. 6 Adults stayed comfortably for 3 nights. We took full advantage of the grill nightly for dinner. I can’t think of anything that I would ask to change. Oh and the heated bathroom floors were key in helping dry out sneakers ;)*side note, we were totally disappointed in the air show so going back to this home was a huge plus.

Excellent location, everything was very nice. The modern kitchen was fully stocked and equipped for dining. The accommodations were lovely. I would stay here again! Everything was very comfortable and thoughtful. The bathrooms were spotless and modern as well. Having a luxury washer and dryer, along with laundry pods, was a great touch, too. We did have to purchase coffee grounds; other than that, everything we needed was conveniently ready. Great place and I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely property in Rye. It was exactly as advertised—the perfect spot for six of us visiting for a graduation at Exeter Academy. Easy enough drive to Exeter, close to restaurants and shops in Rye and Portsmouth. The house was clean and cozy, with a nicely appointed kitchen and bathrooms. We recommend it highly.
