Rent the whole house! A combination of two smaller listings at a discount, you and your party get the whole home to yourself, in Downtown Portsmouth. With 3 Kings Beds, 2 Full sleeper sofas, and 2 baths, you'll have plenty of space to hang out in comfort.
The Downtown Portsmouth location is conveniently located for many wedding venues in the area, great for hosting the extended family in one place!
The Downtown Portsmouth space consists of 2 apartments together. One full kitchen and one kitchenette. A dining table in one unit and larger living room in the other unit. 2 Full baths and provided towels, shampoos, iron, and steamers to get ready for your time out in Portsmouth.
The Kitchen & Living room:
Our kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to prep a meal. A Electric range & Oven, chef knifes, blender, coffee maker, and Microwave. Tableware for 4+ for sitting around the dining table to enjoy drinks and food with friends and family with a view of downtown Portsmouth.
Our living room comes with great technology. A 4k smart TV in guest mode so that you can login to your favorite apps and get automatically logged out upon your departure. A pull out couch that converts into a full sized bed. Easy access to linens or extra blankets in the storage areas. Ninja coffee maker and an assortment of tea.
Bathroom:
Dove branded shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. Plenty of clean towels, & facecloths are available for your group as well as a hair dryer, steamer, and iron.
Bedrooms:
A comfortable memory foam king bed, closet w/hangers, and a fan. Full work from home set up with wired mouse and keyboard and monitor. Please bring dongles for HDMI & USB connections.
Whole home available. Private access to 2 units consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 kitchens.
We are available via the Airbnb App 24/7 and by phone if needed. We are local here in Portsmouth so feel free to ask any and all questions or requests!
Stairs are required to access the unit. Downtown location is susceptible to noise from cars and pedestrians. No Smoking, all guests must be declared.

The property was perfect for our family. Clean, stocked kitchen. The owners got back to me right away with any questions I had. It was walking distance to everything Portsmouth. Kittery outlets were close by. As well as Maine beaches. If in the area I would definitely stay again at this property.

This property does not sleep 10 guests as advertised. The full couch bed in unit A was uncomfortable and not meant for 2 adults. The “sofa bed” in unit B, meant to sleep 2, was not a sofa bed at all. It was a modular couch and the cubes slid a part from one another. We had to have blow up beds and sheets delivered from Target. However the host was very responsive and did bring over a queen blow up upon request. Great place for 6 guests, certainly not 10.
