Monolocale a nel cuore di Baveno
La posizione è ottima per chi voglia usufruire del lungo lago e dell'imbarco sulle linee di navigazione. Di notte è molto silenzioso, adatto a persone che patiscono rumori mentre dormono. Il bagno è adeguato e ristrutturato recentemente
Monolocale al piano terra poco luminoso, poca privacy a causa della finestra altezza strada, delle tende aiuterebbero. All’ arrivo l alloggio era non riscaldato, e l'azionamento non è possibile in loco dovendo dipendere da azionamento remoto. Il singolo termoconvettore non e’ in grado di fornire una temperatura confortevole per tutti, persone sensibili al freddo potrebbero soffrirne e trovare l'alloggio poco confortevole in inverno. Lo spazio nell'alloggio è razionalizzato al massimo rendendolo un posto non adatto a gruppi di persone superiore a due e/o con grossi bagagli, mancando uno spazio idoneo di stazionamento bagagli. Le attrezzature di pulizia della casa sono una nota positiva ma andrebbe trovata loro una sistemazione migliore essendo lo spazio della casa già ridotto.

Hübsch, aber teuer
Sauber, tolle Lage, tolles Bad, tolle Aussicht auf Terrasse , gute und schnelle Kommunikation, Induktionsherd+ Mikrowelle
Ein Kleiderschrank/Regal oder Ablagefläche für Kleidung wäre schön, wir mussten aus dem Koffer leben, der nur hinter der Tür vor dem Fernseher platz hatte. es ist recht beengt, Batterien für Alarmgerät waren leer, Geschirrtücher fehlten, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gut. Die Handtücher haben stark muffig gerochen. Wir haben dann zum Glück im Schrank noch welche gefunden, die einigermaßen gingen. Man kann mit dem Auto nicht direkt ans Apartment fahren. Man muss das Gepäck ein paar Meter tragen und direkt wegfahren, da das Apartment direkt in den kleinen Gassen der Innenstadt liegt.

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt einfach nicht
Das Bad und die Kücheneinrichtung waren top und sauber. Die Lage ist zentral und auch sehr ruhig
Leider ist die Unterkunft nicht so hell und freundlich, wie die Bilder und die Beschreibung es suggerieren. Die beschriebene Dachterrasse ist nicht direkt am Zimmer, sondern man muss über ein Nebengebäude über 3 Stockwerke auf die Terrasse (Frühstücken, mal schnell draußen sitzen nur mit Aufwand möglich). Die Vermieterin haben wir nie persönlich kennen gelernt, alles per WhatsApp. Frische Handtücher wurden erst auf Nachfrage getauscht. Das Bett ist eigentlich eine ausziehbare Coach. Wie haben Bett und Tisch im Zimmer umgestellt, damit wir zumindest bei offener Tür (Tageslicht) frühstücken und Essen konnten. Terrasse. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei, die wir leider auch im Zimmer unterbringen mussten. Wir haben uns in in unserer Urlaubswoche nicht sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft wirklich nicht weiter empfehlen.

Il s’agit bien d’un appartement au rez-de-chaussée sans accès à un extérieur. Une des photos laisse à penser qu’il y a une terrasse accessible. Elle est effectivement accessible, mais il faut sortir de l’appartement entrer dans une autre cour et monter au dernier étage… Du fait du rez-de-chaussée, l’appartement manque un peu de luminosité…
