Very pleasant contact with the apartment owner. The apartment itself was very clean and well-equipped. Comfortable bed. Great location. I recommend it to anyone visiting Frascati.

Très bien placé dans le centre de Frascati, accessible depuis Rome en train (10 min à pied depuis la gare). Petit appartement avec tout le nécessaire, literie confortable, communication facile avec Elena pour les procédures d'arrivée et départ.

La posizione dell'appartamento è comoda, a 600 metri circa dalla piazza principale di Frascati. L'appartamento è nuovo e spazioso. Letto molto comodo. La proprietaria gentile e disponibile.
Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte, essendo invitati ad un matrimonio. La casa purtroppo non è dotata di condizionatore, motivo per cui il soggiorno non è stato piacevole. La camera da letto è dotata di un ventilatore a pale a soffitto e ci è stato messo a disposizione un ventilatore aggiuntivo, ma con una temperatura di 30 gradi la permanenza era impossibile. Notte insonne... Peccato, perché con un impianto di raffreddamento la casa avrebbe del potenziale.
