The location is perfect and it is just 200-300m from the train station.
The view from the terase is spectacular. Entire Rome is visible.
The rooms are big and spacious.
The kitchen is Ok.
The car can be parked just outside the apartment for free.
The host were nice and kind and gave us pancakes for dinner.

Large old Italian villa with spacious rooms and a spectacular view of Rome. Perfect place to get away from city life, close to everything and a train station nearby, yet far enough from Rome to get peace of mind. And easy access to hikes, lakes and restaurants. Very cosy and friendly owner. Same goes for the city and the good local cafe nearby (50m). Thanks for having me.
A small table and chair to work from would be perfect or even better; Access to the terrace a couple of tables and a power outlets. That would make for a perfect remote work / leasure get-away place.

The apartment was perfect. Very clean and facilities were great. The views from the balcony were amazing. Would definitely stay again. Eugenio was very welcoming.. Communication was good via email. Close to campiano airport 20 euros by taxi. Thanks to Eugenio for providing. 🙂
