--in einem sehr schönen Garten mit altem Baumbestand gelegen
--die beiden zu vermietenden Häuschen liegen darin sehr gemütlich eingebettet

Accoglienza e disponibilità eccellente da parte del proprietario.
È stato un gran peccato per il mal tempo, altrimenti la struttura avrebbe offerto davvero attimi di relax e divertimento anche per i bambini, grazie alla sua bellezza e ai suoi dettagli.

La struttura è immersa in una bella villa e potenzialmente potrebbe essere un posto davvero notevole. Il punto è ottimo per visitare i castelli romani. Il prezzo è buono ma non giustifica tutte le mancanze della struttura.
Gli arredi sono desueti e non curati. In particolare il bagno presenta grossi segni di usura nella doccia e nel water, il cui scarico funziona rumorosamente dopo essersi ricaricato a lungo. Il bagno doccia presentava ancora il detersivo non ben risciacquato.
Gli asciugamani sono lisi e riusati tante volte, tutti diversi. La biancheria da letto, anche quella con lenzuola non da struttura di accoglienza e non profumate (magari pulite ma con odore di umido). Alcuni oggetti da ‘abbellimento’ pieni di polvere. Il divano letto con rotture nella stoffa. Il tavolo coperto da una tovaglia ma sotto tutto rotto. Insomma, arredi e pulizia da rivedere.
