this b&b is such a gem! gorgeous view from
the roof and the owner andrea is lovely and incredibly quick to answer any questions. the bed is super comfy and the mirrors are perfect for doing your makeup or checking your outfit! the b&b itself is close too everything! all the bars and restaurants in the area are superb :)

Appartamento bellissimo e in pieno centro. Gli spazi sono ampi e distribuiti su più piani, ma attenzione alle scale perché sono strette e un po' faticose. Il "premio" finale però è la terrazza meravigliosa, una delle migliori mai viste.
Tutto curato, servirebbe solo un piccolo upgrade nel set di cortesia del bagno (shampoo, bagnoschiuma, ecc.). Nel complesso, un'ottima scelta per godersi Frascati.

Posizione centrale, l appartamento si sviluppa in verticale su una torre che esternamente è in armonia con l architettura circostante e con lo splendido campanile trecentesco che gli sorge accanto. Internamente invece è modernissimo, con spazi razionalmente ottimizzati. Il roof top è il cuore all occhiello della struttura.
L appartamento è semplicemente scomodo per famiglie con bimbi piccoli (come la nostra con due bimbi di 3 e 6 anni) Alcune cose sono ovvie dalle foto(il letto su soppalco), di altre ci si rende conto solo entrandovi (l altezza dei gradini, l assenza di protezioni ai lati). Consiglio di godersi l appartamento con adulti o bambini più grandicelli.
L accoglienza è tutta da remoto via messaggistica. Pur essendo chiara non è esaustiva (non spiega come accedere al terrazzo o come chiudere gli scuranti del lucernario).
Il mio consiglio è di non peritarsi a chiedere quante più informazioni e aiuto possibili perché il proprietario si è dimostrato ben disponibile a chiarire ogni dubbio via chat.
