We need to address several serious issues regarding our stay, and we expect prompt action.
First, we were charged twice for cleaning, yet the room was not cleaned properly. This is completely unacceptable. The towels were stained and clearly not fresh, and the overall cleanliness of the room was below standard. On top of that, the bed kept sliding apart because the mattresses were not secured—this is basic hospitality, and it should not be an issue in any accommodation.
Another major problem is the lack of hot water in the evenings. From approximately 19:00 to 22:00, the water was barely warm—this is simply not acceptable for any hotel or rental. Additionally, the air conditioner in room 11 was constantly making noise, making it extremely difficult to sleep.
The kitchen was poorly equipped—there were no basic utensils like forks and spoons, and the kettle was so filthy that we had to scrub it before using it. This shows a serious lack of attention to guests’ needs.
Additionally, you need to seriously reconsider your maintenance and cleaning standards. Guests should not have to deal with such fundamental issues.
I have already contacted Booking support, and we will be resolving this issue with them. I have no time to prove anything to you. If you believe it is acceptable to charge a guest €50 for a service that was never provided—just because the cleaners left—that is not the guest’s problem.
Any reputable hotel charges for services it actually provides, not for scamming guests out of their money. The same goes for charging an extra €25 just to check out two hours later—this is nothing but a rip-off.
Your treatment of guests and your service are absolutely disgraceful. No wonder you barely have any visitors.
