Slechte ervaring; vuile en koude kamer; moeizame communicatie
Slechte ervaring; op voorhand verzoek om van kamer te wisselen; bij aankomst bleek kamer niet schoongemaakt te zijn; vieze badkamer; vuile handdoeken en vuil beddengoed.
Zie hierboven. Na telefonisch contact over de vuile kamer werd ons verzocht eerst foto s te sturen. Na aandringen kregen we uiteindelijk een andere kamer. Hier was het erg koud en de verwarming functioneerde niet goed.

O alegere pret/calitate buna
Sunt mai multe apartamente in aceasta locatie. Acestea beneficiaza de baie proprie. Exista o bucatarie si o camera a masinilor de spalat, acestea fiind folosite la comun de toti cei care se cazeaza aici. Dotarile bucatariei sunt foarte bune cu 3 chiuvete, 3 plite cu inductie, vesela si tacamuri foarte numeroase. Am avut o problema cu sistemul de incalzire care din punctul nostru de vedere nu facea fata in camera care ne-a fost data initial. De asemenea, bateria de la dus era defecta si curgea doar apa fierbinte, neputand sa faci dus in conditii normale. Apreciez modul in care au rezolvat problema gazdele: acestea ne-au propus sa ne mutam in alta camera in care nu au mai fost aceste probleme.
Sugeram ca pe parcursul iernii ar fi bine ca inainte de a se face check in, gazdele sa porneasca caldura din camera. Sistemul de incalzire cu aer cald trebuie sa functioneze cateva ore bune pentru ca in camera sa se ajunga la o temperatura normala.
