About this apartment rental

New renovated studio on the first floor in Rotterdam near the centre of Rotterdam.
The building is build in 1900 and still have some of the old charmes also a steep stairway, Be aware if you cannot walk stairs this might not be the right place for you.
You will find yourself within minutes in the center of Rotterdam. Alot of bars restaurants are just around the place.
We are pet friendly please inform us if you planning to come with your pet.

Parking is almosty everywere paid in Rotterdam centrum so we have a agreement with a garage in the neigberhood. We have sometimes an option for a parking place in a nearby garage please let us know if you are interested then we can see if it is available and send you the price.

This is the third time I have stayed with him and the truth is that it was very good. He is a very attentive and kind person. The apartment is very nice and has everything you need. It is very close to everything and the area is fullFrom shops to supermarkets to hairdressers. Ideal for a few days or a long stay

We loved Rotterdam and the cleaniness of the flat and the restaurants close by. A bit of a letdown was that it wasn't in the center but about thirty minutes away by foot. It wasn't even within the map's circle, so a little miss leading in that regards. But I must say it was easy and cheap to get around by bike. We would have appreciated if the apartement had some basic materials like toilet paper, soap and salt. Of cource they didn't cost much to buy. A real disturbance was the neighbour who played really load music for the most hours of the day and night, for the entire week.

My stay was just perfect. I was travelling alone and stayed three nights. The place is easily reachable within a ten-minute walk from Rotterdam Centraal. There is a bus stop and a tram stop right around the corner. The apartment has everything you need. I can highly recommend this. Communication with the host was also top!

Great location, beautiful place, but our stay was for five days and some of the basic necessities would have been great, like toilet paper, the kitchen was in great supply but lacked dishes soap ,hand soap was there but empty, salt pepper empty ,overall enjoyed ourselves, Thank you

This property is in a great central location with easy access to public transport. The property was nice and clean and had everything we needed.

Such a great studio located very close to the central train station with plenty of connectivity to other parts of the city. Quiet neighbourhood and the property has nice views outside its windows. The host communicated all essential information via email before check in and everything was smooth! I stayed alone but it might be comfortable for 2-3 people if one person needs to sleep on the couch. Leaving it with half a heart and hoping to return if in Rotterdam again!

Good little studio apartment, comfy beds, excellent shower, walking distance to centre, good supermarket nearby. Facilities good overall, said toaster, but there wasn't one. In a block of apartments, so some noise from neighbours, music, dogs, but not too intrusive. Loo seat slightly loose, but I don't want to knit-pick. Ideal for couple.
