We loved the size of the apartment, which was ideal for a family of five. The location was also a plus, serviced by Lepanto Metro Station & close by bus stops. The area where it's situated is mostly frequented by locals with availability of cafes, takeaways, traditional restaurants, daily needs shops & a pharmacy. Lorenzo, the host, was available whenever we needed him and he always responded to our requests.

Appartamento molto spazioso e di grande atmosfera. Condizionatore efficace che permette di mantenere fresco tutto l'appartamento (fondamentale vista la temperatura esterna che sfiorava i 40 gradi!) Zona trafficata, ma tranquilla e silenziosa. Fermate metro a 2 passi, ma in 20 minuti a piedi si arriva comunque in centro. Ottimo ristoranti e gelaterie in zona. Proprietario gentile ed accogliente! Torneremo sicuramente!
Purtroppo ha solo 1 bagno per 2 camere e a detta del proprietario il boiler non permette docce calde infinite (ma noi in 4 non abbiamo avuto alcun problema). Pulizia soddisfacente anche se si potrebbe fare ancora di meglio. Consiglio al proprietario una continua manutenzione e maggiore attenzione al dettaglio per evitare che negli anni una piccola crepa diventi una voragine e che si perda quel fascino che caratterizza l'appartamento. Se ben mantenuto è una location fantastica!

The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. Its location was excellent, within walking distance of many major attractions and tourist sites. There were also supermarkets, local pubs, cafés, and restaurants nearby, which made our stay very convenient. Lorenzo gave us a very warm welcome and was extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay.
Nothing significant. We had a very pleasant stay and everything met our expectations.
