Domus 1886 (Quartiere Prati)

A spacious property with two bathrooms, perfect for a family of four in a lovely building in the Prati neighbourhood. So many lovely restaurants nearby and the metro is a few minutes walk. The property has a lift which was very helpful as there are about 50 steps to the second floor! The host was very helpful and always available over whatsapp

Dunque parliamo di un appartamento molto spazioso nella zona di Prati, con due camere da letto (due letti matrimoniali) , due bagni indipendenti, salottino e cucina. Assolutamente perfetto il luogo sia per fini lavorativi (vicino ai principali poli legali della Capitale) che turistici è a due passi dal Vaticano e da Castel S.Angelo e, comunque, in uno dei quartieri che preferisco. Le stanze sono spaziose e gli ambienti dotati di climatizzatore, televisore e ogni confort. In cucina c'è tutto ciò che serve, compresa una macchinetta del caffè con varie cialde, thè e camomilla. Il titolare ha sempre risposto in tempo reale per ogni eventuale dubbio e l'ingresso in struttura è stato automatico (tramite sito di cui l'host ha mandato il link) e assolutamente semplice e immediato. Mi sono trovato molto bene e sicuramente tornerò alla bisogna.

L’appartement est spacieux et était d'une propreté irréprochable à notre arrivée. Lorenzo est un hôte très serviable qui a facilité nos trajets entre l'aéroport et le logement. Situé dans un quartier calme et agréable, l'appartement est proche de toutes les commodités (métro, bus, supérette). Le Vatican et le centre historique sont accessibles en seulement 15-20 minutes à pied, et une ligne de bus directe mène au Colisée. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

L'accès à l'ascenseur demande un peu d'organisation avec une poussette, cela ne nous a pas du tout empêchés de profiter pleinement de notre séjour.

The location is perfect for visiting Rome. You have two separate bathroom which is great when you are a group of 5. Easy the check in process and definitely a plus the host always available and willing to always find a solution.

Just only to say something…maybe would be appreciated in the room some more comfortable night table and bigger hanger for the towels
