Location. Perfect for walking to central Rome and to Stadio Olympico. Close to Lepanto Metro station.
Didn’t look at photos of apartment closely enough and didn’t realise it was a basement apartment until we arrived. We didn’t spend much daylight time there so wasn’t too big a deal.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to most tourist attractions. Having 2 bathrooms was ideal for a family of 5. Host allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment after 10:30am.
Check in was delayed to 5:30pm as the cleaners didn't arrive until 4pm to clean after the previous booking. Even though being in the basement didn't bother us, 8 days was too long to stay in an apartment that didn't have natural light or windows to open for fresh air.

Was well-maintained and relatively close to city centre, with easy access to bus and metro.
Seems a bit congested and crammed. It’s in underground level, not ventilation isn’t that good.
