Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem i świetna lokalizacja. Czekało na nas czyste i przytulne mieszkanko. Balkon z widokiem na uliczkę otoczoną kamienicami. Wielki plus również za dostępne miejsce parkingowe.

Serdecznie polecam to miejsce. Czyściutko, schludnie, przytulnie, dostęp do wi-fi, miejsce parkingowe zapewnione za zamykaną bramą. Mieszkanko bardzo dobrze zaopatrzone znajduje się w odrestaurowanej kamienicy. To mieszkanko z duszą. Gospodarz przemiły i pomocny.

Właściciele to wspaniali ludzie. Są serdeczni i troskliwi. Pan Tomasz, tomłody człowiek, który z niezwykłą pasją propaguje swoje miasto Grudziądz. To wspaniałe, że to robi i jak to robi. Lokalizacja tego malutkiego, ale bardzo przytulnego i dobrze wyposażonego mieszkanka jest bardzo wygodna. Na półce w pokoju znajduje sie dużo książek i rekwizytów, które opowiadają o Grudziądzu. Bardzo mocno polecam!
