Ogromy, ładnie urządzony w starej kamiennicy apartament z wielką łazienką, z oknami wychodzącymi na rynek Grudziądza. Czysto, przytulnie i prawie komfortowo.
Brakowało nam wyposażenia kuchni w nadające się do użycia sprzęty, żeby np zrobić sobie herbatę (czajnik na wodę w złym stanie) czy podgrzać mleko. Niewyremontowane, jeszcze, stare drewniane schody na klatce dodają małego dreszczyku. Dudniący tramwaj za oknem też nadawał miejscu klimatu. Bardzo słabo z parkowaniem. Dostępne są jedynie nieliczne, płatne miejsca parkingowe przy sąsiednich ulicach.

Lokalizacja rewelacyjna! Czysty i przestronny apartament :)
Brak lampki nocnej w salonie. 2 piętro w kamienicy z wysokim parterem to jak 4 albo 5 piętro w nowym budownictwie, bez windy, dla osoby z niepełnosprawnością ruchową było to wyzwanie.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt und obwohl die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen ist, ist sie doch sehr ruhig
Es gibt einen Nachteil: ein extrem unangenehmer Geruch im Bad. Ich vermute, es ist bedingt durch die alten Wasserleitungen (die Wohnung liegt in der Altstadt). Während des Aufenthalts muss die Badezimmer Tür definitiv geschlossen bleiben.
