Superbe appartement, très bien, propre, accueillant, moderne, tout ce qu'il faut. Juste un peu de bruit le matin, quartier animé. Mais très bon rapport qualité/prix. Rien de négatif sur les prestations. Je recommande

Mieszkanie na parterze Dostęp na kod 2 sypialnie z szafami Wyposażenie zgodne z opisem Meble na balkonie, można usiąść wypić kawkę Rolety zewnętrzne, super rozwiązanie przy małym dziecku Na jedną noc ok Wjazd na parking pod blok (pilot dostępny, można podjechać pod klatkę i rozpakować auto)
Grzyb na ścianie w łazience Napęczniała framuga, jakby łazienka była zalana, przez to zapach odpycha.. i słabo to wygląda.. :( Pościel również o nieprzyjemnym zapachu.. :( jakby za długo leżała w pralce) Płytki pod prysznicem baaardzo śliskie, przy starszych osobach i dzieciach niebezpieczne Fugi w łazience nieoczyszczone, widać pleśń..

Plusem był darmowy parking za szlabanem na pilot, zaraz za blokiem jest biedronka oraz Żabka więc do sklepu były 2-3 minuty pieszo, duże dobrze zagospodarowane mieszkanie ze wsyztskim co potrzeba
Na ścianach zwłaszcza w łazience i przy oknach w innych pokojach widoczna wilgoć oraz dookoła łóżek jak i pod chyba nie było sprzątane z racji dużej ilości kurzu i paprochow. Domyślam się że było zalane kiedyś bo były napuchnięte drzwi od łazienki , w niektórych miejscach widoczne zniszczenia przez poprzednich lokatorów/najemcow

W apartamencie jest pralka, kuchnia wyposażona.
W łazience jest grzyb na ścianie. W całym mieszkaniu czuć mocno wilgocią. Pościel była zmieniona ale poduszki powinny być wyprane bo nieprzyjemnie pachną.
