To, że był w piwnicy, co nie wynikało wprost z oferty.

Widok z okna był fatalny, cały czas zasunięte rolety bo widać było tylko buty ludzi przechodzących

Apartament przy Nowym Rynku w Toruniu, łatwa komunikacja
Niestety apartament bardzo brudny pod stolem zostawione okruszki, na podlodze piasek, lazienka tez do porzadnego wyczyszczenia. Przy szklanych drzwiach w lazience warto je naprawic gdy sie odcieraja jest duze prawdopodobienstwo zepucia, co daje brak komfortu w uzytkowaniu. Klimatyzacja ustawiona na 21 stopni prz maksymalnej zmiane do 22 stopni, biorac pod uwage apartamenty w piwnicy ogrzewanie tylko podlogowe oraz mrozy to poniżenie gościa. Bylismy u Panstwa chyba rok temu wtedy czekaly na nas pierniczki oraz pachnacy czysty apartament. Niestety teraz to tylko mile wspomnienie.
