It was easy to check in and out on our own and the parking was convenient just outside, the description of how to check in was clear. (we didn't see the host)
It was very cold when we arrived with none of the radiators turned on, we turned them on but it wasn't warm enough until the morning, we asked for extra heaters and were just told to put the radiators on which we already had done. I think the host should have made sure that the apartment was warm before taking a booking. We were cold and slept bad.
