L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato con cura e attenzione ai particolari con note di design ma senza tralasciare la funzionalità. E' molto ampio e luminoso e dispone di tutto ciò che serve per un breve soggiorno. Posizione ottima in centro a Torun. Abbiamo trovato parcheggio sulla strada ma è a pagamento e molto caro.
L'ingresso non è segnalato con un nome o una targa e il portoncino è piuttosto vecchio e malconcio. L'androne delle scale poi è decisamente sporco e decadente, dà un approccio negativo alla struttura. L'appartamento poi è delizioso ma l'impatto non è dei migliori. Anche la procedura per entrare non è facilissima con un doppio codice: uno per il portoncino di ingresso, uno per la porta dell'appartamento.
