Super lokalizacja.
Słabe wyposażenie kuchni. Brak wieszaka na wejściu i jakiejś szafki na buty, klucze itp. Strasznie skrzypiąca podłoga. Zapach kanalizacji z łazienki.

Położenie apartamentu, w samym centrum, do wszystkiego blisko. Dodatkowo na plus , że mieliśmy zapewnione miejsce parkingowe ( naziemne bądź podziemne).
Minus za zapachy wydobywajace się z kanalizy, w porach wieczornych były nie do zniesienia, zapach rozchodził się po całym mieszkaniu. Kolejny minusik za ekspress do kawy, niestety ale obieg wody jest przytkany , przez co ekspress nie mógł wydać kawy( pewnie potrzebuje odkamienienia).
