Grudziąc fajne miasto, fajne knajpki, moja ulubiona Fado
Ładne, duże mieszkanie, wygodne łóżko, minimalistyczny wystrój.
Niestety lokalizacji na samym rynku i sypialnia od strony rynku powoduje że nocami hałasują pijani klienci restauracji, słychać kłótnie, krzyki, muzykę szczególnie w weekendowe noce. Ja miałam problem z tego powodu ze snem mimo iż łóżko w sypialni jest bardzo wygodne. Fatalnie wyglądająca klatka schodowa ze starymi, drewnianymi schodami, aby dotrzeć do lokalu trzeba pokonywać wysokie piętra (brak windy). Nieprzyjemny zapach utrzymujący się z kanalizacji przez cały czas w łazience. Dla mnie nie do zniesienia. Apartament posprzątany niedbale.

Obszerny, czysty apartament w fenomenalnej lokalizacji (chyba trudno wyobrazić sobie lepszą lokalizację w Grudziądzu). Duży balkon z widokiem na rynek i przejeżdżające klimatyczne tramwaje. Bliskość wszelkich restauracji, barów i sklepów. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Funkcjonalna łazienka, duża sypialnia z wygodnym łożem. Wi-Fi bez zarzutu.
Wchodzenie po schodach na II, wysokie piętro. ;)
