Stay at the Lulu Apartment or Rynek 13 if you want a nice apartment for about the same price

Location

The place was very dirty. The shower was disgusting, the dishes were dirty and it looked like someone pooped on the remote and it was hardly wiped off. Not to mention there isn't actually a bed to sleep on, only sofa beds even in the bedroom that are like laying a piece of cardboard over a steel frame. No WiFi so not sure how they can claim its "good for working at home" and absolutely not "hypoallergenic" as this place is disgusting!! And it is absolutly not family friendly. When I contacted the owner he acted like I was the first one to ever complain and kept blowing up my phone trying to convince me that it was a nice place, even though the reviews would say otherwise. I should have read more reviews before I booked this place.

Dirty and overpriced

The location was good.

The Apartment was very dirty and the host was rude while I attempted to solve that problem with him. Literally everything was covered in dust, the dishes in the kitchen were dirty, as well as the bedsheets.

great location, but not really for family

Great location, clean flat, easy to pick up keys and host was easy to communicate with.

Even though description refers to families, in reality apartment suited for working trips as there is office table and office chair but not a proper table for a family to eat breakfast together. Also cleaning person seemed to have had a bad day as there was only three towels for a family of 4 and no additional hand towels. As well as only a quarter of a toilet paper roll. Host was reachable through chat but since we arrived late there was no time to bring additional towel. Overall apartment didn't meet high standard set by other family apartments during our Poland trip even though all other apartments were a bit cheaper.

Super lokalizacja, w samym centrum plus spokój!

Bardzo wygodne położenie. Szalenie uprzejmy i dyspozycyjny właściciel. Lokal jest przestrzenny, wydaje się większy niż jest w rzeczywistości. Wygodne biurko do pracy ze specjalnym profesjonalnym fotelem. Nowoczesna lodówka ( nie szumi głośno, jeśli ktoś śpi w salonie). Lokal jest cichy, można odpocząć i się wyspać.

Jest dobrze, może być dużo lepiej.

Miejsce ma potencjał,ale zdecydowanie potrzebuje zmian. Lokalizacja to ogromny plus tego miejsca. Generalnie jest czysto,ale po bliższym przyjrzeniu widać niedoskonałości. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem,który wysyla wszystkie potrzebne informacje.

Do spania przeznaczone są rozkładane tapczany, tak twarde,że wykręca kręgosłup. Ręczniki koniecznie do wymiany, bo są już mocno zużyte. Pościel ma plamy i powinna już również być wymieniona. Sztućce i talerze to mieszanka. Przestrzeń powinna być przeorganizowana by stworzyć strefy w tak dużej przestrzeni głównej: do spania, relaksu czy do jedzenia - jedzenie śniadania przy biurku na fotelu biurowym nie jest komfortowe. Taka pierdoła jak mydło w łazience powinno być przygotowane dla gościa, a nie pochowane w szafkach. W łazience nie ma gdzie powiesić ręczników by były pod ręką, ani gdzie postawić kosmetyków, chyba,że na pralce.

Grudziądz ul. Stara 13 nigdy więcej!!!

śniadanie sam przygotowałem. Właściciel ostrzegał, że upierdliwy sąsiad włącza muzykę na cały regulator i trzeba wtedy dzwonić na policję. Miałem chyba szczęście, że nic takiego się nie wydarzyło i dlatego umieszczam ten zapis w rubryce " co ci sie podobało. A swoją drogą jak można takie mieszkanie przeznaczyć na pobyt turystów

informacje o tym w jaki sposób dostanę sie do lokalu otrzymałem na trzy godziny przed dotarciem do drzwi, mimo że prosiłem abym dowiedział się o sposobie wejścia w przeddzień przyjazdu. Pan twierdził, że to wymóg SYSTEMU czyli wina booking.com. Miałem kłopoty ze sforsowaniem skrzynki z kluczem, więc zadzwoniłem. Pan powiedział, że ma ze mną same kłopoty, a tak w ogóle, że przeszkadzam mu w śniadaniu. Lokalizacja budynku w centrum -ok, ale lokalizacja samego mieszkania - to jakaś dziupla z oknem skierowanym na szyb jaki tworzy zabudowa dookoła. W opisie napisano :"widok na podwórze" - to nieprawda, nie ma żadnego widoku na cokolwiek.

Hervoragender Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Altstadt von Graudenz

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet für eine Erkundung der Altstadt. Die vorhandenen Schlafsofas sind bequemer als üblich. Das Appartment liegt zum Lichtschacht/Innenhof, was den Vorteil hat, dass die vorm Haus laufende Straßenbahn nicht stört. Im Verhältnis zur Lage in der Altstadt ist die Parkplatzsituation noch als gut zu bezeichnen. Wir hatten zweimal das Glück ca 100m entfernt einen Platz zu bekommen. Dank des Hinweises des Gastgebers konnten wir auch den Platz neben dem Gebäude zum Be- und Entladen nutzen. Weil Gäste wohl Essmesser mitgenommen hatten, bekamen wir -nach WhatsApp an den Gastgeber- noch am selben Vormittag Ersatz.

Wegen des beschreibenden Namen des Appartments wurden unsere Erwartungen in einer Weise geweckt, wie sie nicht erfüllt wurden - obwohl wir das Quartier wegen seiner Lage und Ausstattung wohl dennoch gewählt hätten - es ist ja schließlich Altbau in sehr alter Altstadt. Grundsätzlich waren wir ja weitestgehend zufrieden. Familienfreundlich Ich hätte das Appartment früher mit Kindern nicht gewählt: 1. Das Schlafzimmer ist ein ca 2,2x3 qm großer Raum, der zwar eine Tür hat, aber als Durchgang zum Bad dient. Um zu zweit darin zu schlafen, muß man das Sofa in die Mitte rücken und würde nachts ggf. die Kinder wecken. 2. Um gemeinsam zu essen, muss man den Schreibtisch vors Sofa stellen. Der Bürostuhl ist dann der einzige Stuhl, der von der Höhe passt. die 2 Stühle oder das Sofa sind für Kinder zu niedrig. Home Office Ich arbeite immer im Home Office, aber im Appartment wäre es mangels Internet nicht möglich. Ich habe zwar einen Premiumvertrag, aber das Signal für mein Handy reichte nicht annähernd aus: Messung1 -4,78 Mb/s download und 0,79 Mb/s upload; Messung2 2,59 Mb/s down und 0,23 Mb/s up. gemessen mit Plus/4G und congstar. 10-20 Mb/s bot nur T-Mobile 5G. Lösung: eigener terrestrischer Router im Apartment oder 5G-Router von T-Mobile mit Außenantenne. HINWEIS für Gehbehinderung Es führt eine, für einen Altbau übliche, steile Treppe in den ersten Stock. Das hatten wir vermutet und es dadurch gelöst, den Tag über unterwegs zu sein und somit nicht unnötig die Treppe nutzen zu müssen. HINWEIS Parken Ich empfehle die Anfahrt und alternative Parkmöglichkeiten zuvor in Google Maps abzufahren. Die Altstadt ist ein Labyrinth aus Einbahnstraßen und Durchfahrtverboten, manche sogar kurzfristig wegen einer Veranstaltung. Man kann fast nirgends kurz anhalten, um sich neu zu orientieren. Das Appartment bietet schon eine relativ gute Lage zu Parkplätzen. Für die Parkuhren empfiehlt es sich die App Flowbird einzurichten.

Spokojnie można zrobić obiadek jak kto lubi lub wyjść i zjeść coś na mieście ,gdyż dookoła jest najróżniejszy wybór jedzenia .Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem ,Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie przebiegło pomyślnie.Polecam na wypad z rodziną jak i we dwoje.Napewno (Panie Łukaszu) jeszcze Was odwiedzimy pozdrawiamy

Serdecznie polecam miejsce. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, bardzo blisko do sklepów, jak i do starówki. Sama komunikacja z właścicielem była łatwa oraz przyjemna. Pan bardzo miły, wyrozumiały oraz uprzejmy. Mieszkanie czyste, zadbane, jeszcze raz bardzo polecam ;)
