Zona verandata panoramica, cucina dotata di tutti i comfort e attrezzature, mancherebbe un fornetto o microonde per certe cotture. Buon funzionamento dei condizionatori e molto curato lo spazio esterno e il giardino. Molti guardaroba.
Wifi e connessione internet sono praticamente assenti, anche se c'è il modem che si collega ma poi non carica niente, abbiamo usato sempre gli hotspot dei nostri cellulari. Anche i canali della tv sono ridotti a 4 non sono presenti le reti principali. Da rivedere i collegamenti ! Peccato, le case vicine nel complesso Calaverde invece avevano tutti questi servizi.
