Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Sehr nette Eigentümer. Ruhige Lage. Die Wohnung hat einen Parkplatz. Das hat ein Vorteil in der Nähe des Zentrums. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.
Die Müllentsorgung, man soll den Müll trennen. Was wir für richtig halten. Aber es gibt nur eine Tonne für den Restmüll. Papier und Plastik soll irgendwo in Rosenheim entsorgen. Wenn man sich nicht auskennt, ist das nicht einfach.

Tolle Wohnung, alles neuwertig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto) sehr nah. Parkplatz dabei. Sehr geräumig. Schön mit Balkon. Natalia sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
