Gute Ausstattung, alles vorhanden was benötigt wurde. Hell und freundlich.
Eine kleine Ablagefläche im Bad wäre nützlich.

Liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Das Bett war bequem und das WLAN top.
Das man keinen kostenfreien Parkplatz hat. Am ersten Abend konnte man super in der Straße ggü parken. Am zweiten Abend musste man schon lange suchen und weiter laufen. Aber zum be und entladen darf man da halten .

Sehr schöne, moderne Einrichtung, sauber und neuwertig, 😍 Super Betten und praktische Küche, viel Platz, optisch schöner und gepflegter Garten, hausnaher Parkplatz. ☺️ Sehr freundliche Kontaktperson und zeitnahe Rückmeldung bei Fragen. 😍
Wohnung liegt an Hauptverkehrsstrasse in Rosenheim, 24/7 Straßenlärm. ☹️☹️ Bei geschlossenen Fenster gute Schallisolierung. Also nachts schlafen nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern. Terrasse aber wegen Lärm nur sehr bedingt nutzbar. KEIN Sonnenschutz auf Terrasse, daher sehr heiß und Nutzung ebenfalls eingeschränkt- Süd/West Ausrichtung. 😓 Küche sehr modern, aber keine Arbeitsfläche und kein Gefrierfach in Kühlschrank. ☹️
