Sehr hochwertige Einrichtung, eigener Parkplatz, flexible Anreise möglich, zentrumsnahe Lage

Die Betten waren sehr weich. Leider war kein Tiefkühlfach vorhanden, dies würde ich in einer voll ausgerichteten Küche erwarten. Mir fehlte dazu auch der Hinweis. Die Lüftungsanlage ist zwar modern jedoch gelang es uns nicht die Temperatur erträglich zu gestalten (sehr warm).

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet,es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt,die Lage ist Super,man ist schnell auf der Autobahn ,sowie auch schnell in der Stadt. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder! Vielen lieben Dank!

Schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung und schick eingerichtet. Lage in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und Innenstadt und nur 4 km bis zur A8. Sehr nette Ansprechpartnerin, die sich um alles kümmert.

Für uns nicht wieder! Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war sehr bemüht und versprach Nachbesserungen. Dies ist ausdrücklich

Relativ neu.

Es fehlten einige Einrichtungsgegenstände: Backofen oder Kombimikrowelle, Eisfach im Kühlschrank, Geschirrtücher, Kleiderschrank, Duschvorleger, normalgroße Handtücher, Ablage in der Dusche, Ablagefläche im Bad. Sichtschutz an den Fenstern und auf der Terrasse. Lärmschutz auf der Terrasse. Bier und Schnapsgläser. Fernsehgerät hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Keine Bedienungsanleitungen vorhanden (Spülmaschine, Fernsehgerät…).

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Im allgemeinen ist die Unterkunft sehr gut ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und im EG - uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Raum-Belüftungssystem sehr angenehm. Ein Parkplatz zu der Wohnung, top! Wir haben oft den Bus genutzt, denn die Haltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Sehr gut gedemmte Fenster.

Tatsächlich ist die Lage an einer viel befahrenen Straße, entsprechend laut, wenn man draußen sitzen wollte. Ich hätte mir einen Sonnenschirm gewünscht, für die nachmittags Sonne. Aber sonst haben wir nix zu beanstanden.

Traumhaft!!! Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt!! Von Rosenheim aus kann man relativ schnell viele schöne Orte besuchen

Großzügige Zimmer,tolle Innenausstattung, es fehlt an nichts. Sehr bequemes Bett sowie sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche. Eigener Autoabstellplatz direkt im Hof hinter Haus, dort gibt es auch eine Ladestation für E-Autos. Zentrale Lage direkt an Hauptstraße zum Zentrum, jedoch keine Lärmbelästigung. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft ein türkisches Geschäft mit sehr gutem Angebot👍😋. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen.

Top-Wohnung mit Wohlfühlfaktor

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt! Toll ist auch die Nähe zur Mangfall, wo man schöne Spaziergänge machen kann, und auch die Innenstadt und Bahnhof sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Bett und auch die Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer waren sehr gemütlich zum schlafen.

Great Space

Great space, absolutely spotless, great facilities, very bright and contemporary, parking place included, great communication and response by owners, easy check in and check out. I stayed for three nights together with my two daughters, attending a family funeral, and it was great to have this warm, bright and comfortable space to return to. Although it is located at a busy main road, the apartment was amazingly quiet at night.

It would be even better, if there was a bit more privacy without pulling curtains or blinds, for example hedging to protect from the road traffic. But obviously, that takes time to grow. The second improvement could be, to use cotton bedsheets instead of polyester. But that's just our own personal preference.

The Apartment is simply amazing. It is modern and very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a coffee machine and tea. Terrace is fine. Connection to wifi is simple. The owner is very friendly and communicated. I strongly recommend this apartment for stay.
