About this house rental
Our old barn with a cowshed, built in 1866, was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residence with an adjoining tiny house (formerly a sheep pen and workshop). A lot of attention to detail went into this!

You’ll have your own little house all to yourselves with a private entrance 🫶
The forest house is right next to our home.
If I’m not there to welcome you in person, you’ll find a key box with a code.
The accommodation has plenty of space for two adults and two children.
Upstairs, there is a bed that is 1.60 m wide. In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable pull-out couch with a spring mattress. It is 1.40 m wide. A crib can be booked as an add-on.
A bread delivery service brings fresh bakery items (upon request) Monday – Friday by 7:30 a.m.
Saturday and Sunday by 8:30 a.m.
In the basket outside the front door ❣️
Our Waldhaus is a 5-minute drive from the beautiful old town of Rosenheim.
By car:
45 min to Munich
1 h to Salzburg
1.5 hours to Innsbruck
5 minutes to the Rosenheim train station
Rosenheim is a city for coffee and breakfast! So if you don’t feel like cooking yourself, I’d be happy to give you some great tips on where to eat!
Bicycles and e-bikes are available for rent. A bike rental shop is just a few minutes away from our house. About 45 € per day for an e-bike.
The nightly rate is for 2 adults. Each additional person aged 16 or older is 40 euros per night. Bookable for a maximum of 4 people.
