The quietness

There needs to be better advance materials. It took many hours and multiple messages before I found the wifi password. The directions for getting on were inadequate. I was also told by both an uber driver and the people at the reception desk that the neighborhood was extremely dangerous, not to go out alone, which I think turned out to be very overstated. I think it would be good to have an honest appraisal--tell people to exercise caution but assure them that they're safe. The neighborhood was very friendly--especially the Bootlegger Cafe across the street.

Property was easy to find
When we checked in there was a strong smell of weed almost like someone had just finished smoking, and the balcony door was not opening which made it even worse, the owner called me at 09:08 to let me know that checkout time is 10 and that her cleaner was on the way almost like I’m being chased out LOL
