Nice apartment .

Most of the kitchen utensils were missing . Only one tea cup left to drink from . No cleaning was done up until my check out date. And i stayed for 5 nights . Meanwhile other apartments owned by different host were been cleaned every day . Thatt was some serious disrespect.

Bad

I was put on the street because my booking wasn't recorded and I was not refunded no word from the hotel or booking .com. couldn't find the booking but I had a computer booking reference number. Inhumane treatment. I a 57 year old man discharged at 16:00 from Groote schuur hospital and spent the night on the street of which I collected evidence and all because you couldn't find my booking against my booking and receipt.

To be honest,the only thing I liked about that place was the huge mirror at the entrance.🤞🏽

Everything else. From the hospitality to the load shedding 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ That property should atleast have a generator for the lifts and lights.

The only things that I didn't like was In the website the Adress is 85 Albert road instead of 1 Albert Road.

property had no tv but it’s part of amenities.we got to the room and the last occupants belongings was still in the room because she could not pay her bill,so they kept it in the room.

i liked nothing really bad service I had to wait for my key very ….it looks nothing like the pictures everything was just very very small the guy who helped me wasn’t evens dress properly everything was just very bad …will never ever see me again I never had this experience in my life and I’ve been going to hotels every month….disgusted!😡😡😡😡😡

The stay at this unit in general was not too bad except for the listed problem above and the fact that the white bedding

modern interior cleanliness comfortable bed

Gas stove which was quite uncomfortable to use The back door was locked so we didn’t have access to the balcony There was furniture for one person whereas we had specified we were two There was only 2 ricoffy sachets and sugar or milk. wi-fi connection was not so good
