Convenient access to Groote Schuur Hospital, Green Point and Sea Point via high ways. Environment is great.
Overpriced drinks and food at the onsite pub and restaurant. There is a shop conveniently downstairs.

The view and how the property can cater for everyone. Not forgetting their commune places they are lovely.
The cockroaches, for the facts that I wasn’t even cooking there but cockroaches were everywhere 😫😫😭😭even under the carpet. Please do something with that I don’t know what but try.
