-My overall stay was awesome and pleasant. - The apartment was clean; the housekeeper crew was good at their craft and professional; the office crew were always there but they can still improve on their friendliness and attitude towards guests. -I liked the communication by the host. - During my 1 month stay, the apartment was thoroughly cleaned twice a week. - The apartment and the property had everything a guest need.

- The bed is delapitated and not comfortable at all. It must be replaced for the guests comfort. - The couch is also old and requires replacement. - The towels and sheets at times had stains (Yellow and red stains) , red marks and looked unclean. - Always draining water from the portable air conditioner was draining. I suggest a permanent drain system to be sought.

at first we had a challenge because the person who paid was not going to be present at checkin, but we managed to figure it out with security, after a few calls.

It was as advertised and pleasing.

A notice in the apartment informed of daily cleaning but no evidence of that until I mentioned it to reception just before departure and it was cleaned on my last day there. That was strange as I had to check out at 07:30 the next morning. I regularly emptied out my own garbage. However, changing the bedding at least twice during my stay would’ve been appreciated.

the code received on whatsapp did not work to open the lock at the lock box,the button was also stuck,the guy at reception assisted us ,he struggled to open the box as well,when he checked on the computer,he said the lock box pin changed,without me being notified

the tv did not work,i contacted the person on whatsapp,who said someone will assist saturday morning,no one ended up assisting,so no tv throughout the weekend. the suite had cockroaches and fleas,even on the bedding
