The condo fit our family of six with room for everyone. It was nice to have two full bathrooms and it was close to the pool.

It would be nice to have some spices for cooking like salt and pepper.

The location and the property is beautiful.

It was listed as having air conditioning. Right after signing up i was told this specific property didn't have a/c, but a fan was over each bed and the dinning room. So I continued with the location. The upstairs bedroom fan did not work at all, so on arrival I sent an email and it wasn't until the day before we left that the fan was replaced. 6 full days of no air movement in the upstairs bedroom.

Great value. The location was perfect, just a few feet away from beach access to Wyllie's/Anini Beach. The condo is newly renovated and beautifully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable sectional couch, beautifully maintained grounds with lush green surroundings, private lanais, gorgeous "loft" layout. So much space! Bed was comfortable, and the property manager provides beach towels, cooler, etc. Bathrooms were clean and toiletries available. Shower pressure temperature was perfect. I only stayed 3 for nights but really wish I could have spent a month. Excellent hub from which to explore the beautiful Kauai's north shore. Only a few minutes away from Hanalei Bay. Also, an easy drive to the Ha'ena state park shuttle/parking lot (which is nice since you want to start early if you're doing the Kalalau trail). Foodland only 5 minutes away for groceries, a bunch of shops/restaurants nearby as well. Don't worry about missing out the stuff on the south shore, the drive there is very reasonable (only about an hour to Poipu beach and 1h45min to Waimea Canyon) so it's easy to explore these areas with day trips from Princeville. Very competitively priced and the best value I could find in Kauai by a sizable margin. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this property

A couple of things to note: no AC, which seems to be standard in Kauai, but there are plenty of fans throughout the unit and since I visited in April, the temperatures at night were pretty comfortable, so this wasn't an issue. The roosters! OMG the roosters are everywhere in Kauai and they seem to have an annoying predisposition to crow at 4 am. This woke us up a couple of nights. Apparently though, this is a common enough thing to be mentioned in Kauai travel guides, so in a way, I guess we got the full Kauai experience. :) As a suggestion to the hosts, though, having ear plugs available would be a nice plus.
