Property felt safe. Parking available for a second car a little further down the parking lot. Beautiful views nearby. Well maintained landscaping.

The property was not as described as far as room arrangement/facilities. It was stated that there was a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a grab bar- There was not. No master. No en suite. No grab bar. Be advised that when they say the beach is an 8 minute walk- it’s a VERY steep slope, not for most. The place definitely needed a deep clean and updates - spare blankets were dirty and stained. The remotes for the fans and lights for the main areas didn’t have batteries- we had to go get some. The binder with information on the property was outdated and not current - but the property management responded quickly when pool information was needed.

Beautiful surroundings. Quiet with lovely lanai. Everything was perfect.

The location and surroundings are gorgeous

The bedding was old, sheets on the bed had patches where it had grown thin or had a hole. Frying pan for the store was Teflon and had scratches, which is not safe

The 2nd shower was entirely unusable as the shower controls were not even affixed to the wall upon arrival. No communication of this issue was provided up front, they only admitted to it after I contacted them. Service person said new parts were needed and thus it was not fixable for the entire duration of our stay. The property only offered $150 refund (we spent over $1800), we negotiated and got $250. But then they dinged us $50 for a parking pass that would I offered to mail back to them while still on the island.
