Completely remodeled with gorgeous upgraded kitchen and master bathroom, new flooring throughout, all new furnishings. You'll love the ocean view from Puamana 16B. Sit in the shade of the furnished lanai and enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean across a corner of the golf course. Walk to Anini Beach in just 8 minutes. Stroll across the little foot bridge to the Westin and find a Starbucks, a small convenience store, and dining options. The Princeville shopping center - with its numerous shopping and dining selections including grocery store and wine shop - is just 0.9 miles away, either a quick little drive or a pleasant 15 minute walk. You'll enjoy the ocean, mountain, and golf course views from Puamana, and there's a swimming pool as well. The scenic beaches of north shore Kauai are just minutes can be lying on the warm white sand of Hanalei Bay in 10 minutes!
This comfortable, roomy Kauai condo provides two bedrooms and two baths on two floors. Upstairs is a large loft with queen bed and a full bathroom with both tub and shower. There's a comfortably furnished sitting area, perfect if you're traveling with teenagers or grandparents who want their own space for lounging. The sofa in the loft sitting area opens to a queen size bed. Downstairs you'll find an upgraded kitchen with granite countertops that's open to the dining and living areas. Dining table seats 4 people, and there's extra seating for three more at the kitchen island. The living room is comfortably furnished and includes a flat screen television with cable. Free wifi is also provided. Also on the downstairs level is the master bedroom with queen bed, and the master bathroom with tub and shower. Additional amenities provided include beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella.
ABOUT PUAMANA: Guests can enjoy a 2 minute walk to the Westin Resort with its Starbucks, bar, restaurants, and wine tasting. These Princeville condos are comfortable and spacious, with private lanais, full kitchens, and large upstairs lofts along with many upgrades and charming personal touches. Free parking is available quite close to your door (one reserved space per unit).
About Anini Beach: Anini is the longest and widest reef in the Hawaiian Islands and because of the unique conditions, the beach usually has well protected waters and some of the most consistently good conditions for safe water activities. There is no lifeguard posted at Anini Beach, but it is still considered to be one of the safer beaches on north shore Kauai. Generally uncrowded, at Anini Beach visitors can enjoy snorkeling, beach walks, picnicking, paddle boarding and wind surfing. The beach path from Princeville to Anini Beach is a beautiful walk with scenic views and takes just a few minutes from our Princeville vacation rentals at Puamana. The path can be slippery following rain.

Amazing view of the ocean, you can feel the taste the ocean breeze. Close to shopping and dining. The rental had a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room.

Pros: Location is great.Beautiful ocean view. They provide beach umbrella, cooler, boogie board, beach towels, etc Plenty of fans in each room which is nice bc it gets hot in there. Plenty of dishes. Cons:Ants in every part of the kitchen. I’ve stayed on the north shore and the south shore and never dealt with this. Lots of thick comforters but no lightweight bedding. We got very warm at night. No sheets for the sofa bed. Furniture was much too big for the space. It felt cramped and hard to get around the main living area. Neither a pro nor a con: the neighbor on the west side is not a fan of nonresidents. You’ll also need to be ok with hearing them shoot at the birds with an air gun in the morning.

We come to Kauai every year and have stayed in different places in Princeville. This was just okay. The view is amazing, but the neighbor is out on the balcony constantly smoking, so unless you are also a smoker, you really can’t go out and enjoy the balcony. The non air conditioning was tolerable, there are a lot of fans. The whole condo is kind of dark, the living room doesn’t have overhead lighting or lamps. Several burned out bulbs in other rooms. The sheet on the pull out couch was dirty. The screen on the window in the loft fell out upon us opening the window for the first time, so we had to keep it closed. There was no parking pass when we arrived and management didn’t respond for a day, but we are still ending the trip with no pass. Fortunately there is plenty of non-resident parking. Lots of beach equipment available in the condo including a small cooler, beach wagon, boogie boards, 8 chairs, tons of sand toys. The washer and dryer are extremely small, they can only fit 2-3 towels at a time. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook in the condo. We enjoyed the easy walk out onto the cliff to watch the sunset every night. We will probably skip this place next time.
