Good location, comfortable bed and parking.' Would stay again.

The settee, whilst comfortable had quite low seating, which was bit hard to get up from with arthritis.

Excellent location, very easy to get into town centre, yet possible to park here too!

The owner was brilliant when we reported a problem caused by the booking site - they had listed the rooms as having 2 beds - but there was only 1! Jackie responded quickly and offered solutions! Spacious, comfortable with welcoming chocolate and a box of toiletries for emergencies - replace if you use, such a lovely idea. 15-20 minutes walk in to town but street parking more than makes up for that time! J's Greek restaurant below was excellent

Fantastic location as so close to town without the hustle and bustle of the town centre and Jacqueline was a lovely host having met her in passing. Plenty of towels provided. Very cosy and the fan in the bedroom was a good touch as it was warm in the summer.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property wasn’t great. The carpet in the lounge wasn’t hoovered as there was a toenail on there. I also had some issues with the hot water, it had run out when I had a shower on the first occasion. The electricity also kept tripping when I had the next two showers, so were also cold. The fuse box was on top of the stairs which was difficult to reach without something to push the switch (had to use a hairbrush). No hand soap was provided in the bathroom, so I had to wash my hands with the shower gel. There is a small mini fridge but no shelf so acts more like a cool box that doesn’t fit the plates provided.
